Why we built it

Waste data should
come off the scale.

Most American diversion numbers are reconstructed weeks later from hauler invoices. Tonlio records them where they actually happen — at the weigh-in, by the person doing the work.

How a day runs

01

Weigh

An operator records gross and tare at the scale. Net weight, container, stream and site are captured in one screen, in pounds.

02

Verify

A photo and a driver signature ride along with the ticket, so a disputed pickup takes a minute instead of a morning.

03

Report

Tonnage and diversion rate update immediately. Filter by site, stream or customer, then export or print.

04

Bill

Bag and box counts roll into a monthly total per customer at the rates you set, ready for AR.

What we believe

A diversion rate is only worth quoting if someone can trace it back to a numbered ticket, a photograph and a signature. Everything in Tonlio is arranged around that: capture is fast enough that crews actually use it, and every number on a report opens back up to the weigh-in it came from.

We build for US operations — pounds and short tons, MM/DD/YYYY dates, dollar rebilling, and the material streams that show up on American waste audits and state organics programs.
